What to know before your first session.
Can I change my time slot after booking?
Yes, up to twice per booking and no later than 6 hours before the session, for a slot at the same pool and the same price. Cancellation is not available yet.
How does payment work?
You are redirected to SATIM's secure page to pay by card. Your booking or subscription is confirmed only once the payment has been approved.
How do I get into the pool?
Show your booking's QR code at the entrance, from the app or the website. In the app it stays available even offline.
Can I change the time slots of my subscription?
No: the slots you choose when you subscribe stay fixed for the whole subscription. Take the time to choose them well.
Are there reduced rates?
Yes, preferential rates apply for children, seniors and people with reduced mobility upon proof.
